La cocina espaciosa y tiene una muy práctica puerta/acceso a la terraza, perfecto a la hora de poner y servir mesa. La amplia terraza de orientación Este con toldos ofrece unas fabulosas vistas, tanto a las extensas zonas comunes frondosamente ajardinas y la piscina comunitario, como al entorno de la playa de Gandia donde se sitúa este residencial, donde abundan los parques y las zonas verdes peatonales. La piscina tiene un charco infantil acotado. Ofrece pista de tenis y pequeño parque con columpios y garaje incluido en el precio. En las inmediaciones encontrará supermercados, cafeterías, restaurantes además de gran variedad de diversos servicios.
Amueblado práctica y funcionalmente para garantizar una cómoda estancia. Incluye ropa de cama y toallas. No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla!

There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of the Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, is a virgin beach without buildings, notable for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
