The promenade and beach are quite spectacular. The resort has direct access to the sandy beach, so you won’t have to cross any road. The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, The Main room with access to the huge 15 m 2 glazed balcony, which faces the sea, two twin rooms with a view to the swimming pool, 2 bathrooms, both of which have showers, WC’s and wash-hand basins. The building has a swimming pool, tennis court and paddel a large terrace suitable for children to play for and sunbathing all the complex is renew from last summer. NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE ADMITTED (under thirty years old). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linens and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toiletries/bathroom). Includes biweekly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable. In case of bringing pets, they must pay a supplement of 5 €/night/pet. The beach of Gandia offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it.
