PARQUE VI es un bonito y familiar complejo en la zona centro de la playa de Gandia, en las inmediaciones de todo tipo de servicios, a un paso del hotel Palace y de la emblemática Colonia Ducal.
Apartamento totalmente reformado con tres dormitorios dobles y dos baños (ambos con bañera), amueblado para disfrutar de unas cómodas vacaciones. Apartamento de orientación Este-Sureste-Suroeste, todo exterior a excepción de un baño, con aire acondicionado por split en el pasillo. Cocina amplia, con puerta de salida a la terraza, práctico a la hora de poner y servir mesa. Gran terraza con toldo (14 m2) para resguardarse del sol a mediodía, ofrece vistas despejadas de 180º. Tiene una bonita piscina rodeada de jardines, y una pista de tenis. Incluye plaza de garaje. NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS.
Incluye ropa de cama (cambio quincenal) y toallas (cuatro de baño y dos de aseo). No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla!

A la recogida de llaves depositarán una fianza de 150 € para cubrir extravío de llaves o incumplimiento del horario de salida. Está se devolverá en cuanto se desaloje el apartamento, o por transferencia en caso de desalojo fuera de horario de oficina. La gestora de los alquileres se reserva el derecho a no devolver la fianza hasta pasadas 48 horas del desalojo, por si fuera necesario revisar el estado del alojamiento.
La playa de Gandia ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta, al igual que gran variedad de chiringuitos de playa, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, y otros muchos servicios.

Residential CANCUN IV, located 150 meters from the beach, in the North residential area of Gandia beach. Apartment with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (both with bathtub), furnished to enjoy comfortable and cozy vacations. East-Southeast facing apartment, entirely exterior except for the bathrooms. Kitchen with access to a gallery-laundry room, spacious living-dining room, from where you can access the glazed terrace (with awnings) with fabulous views. Offers a beautiful community pool with a delimited children's pool and shower area, it also has a tennis court. Capacity for 6 people. Includes parking space. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE ADMITTED (under thirty years old). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linens and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toiletries/bathroom). Includes biweekly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable. In case of bringing pets, they must pay a supplement of 5 €/night/pet. The beach of Gandia offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of the Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, is a virgin beach without buildings, notable for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
