Apartment on the first floor (no lift) completely renovated, modern and very well maintained. The property has three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower tray, and a pleasant living-dining area with an open kitchen, creating a spacious, functional and bright space to enjoy with the family.
It has two terraces, the main one facing East equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The other terrace facing West, ideal for drying clothes in the afternoon only. It offers ceiling fans in the bedrooms and in the living room, and a dishwasher, a very practical added value during your stay.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed change) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products and supplies. A pressure cooker and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. It is possible to collect keys outside office hours, by requesting this in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. Departure and evacuation of the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 in the morning. Keys may be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover possible damage or failure to comply with the evacuation time. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned to you within a maximum of 5 days following inspection of the apartment, or take out accidental damage waiver insurance for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine white sand together with a wonderful Mediterranean climate is ideal for enjoying walks or practising running or beach sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newsagents, pharmacy, and many other services. The slope of entry into the water is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle so you can travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits well worth your while. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular amongst birdwatchers. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTHERN ZONE of Gandia beach, a virgin beach with no buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea inlets and rivers.
