Este residencial está situado en una sexta plata a 200 metros de la playa en la zona residencial de la playa de Gandia. Apartamento IMPECABLE con tres dormitorios dobles y dos baños (bañera/ducha), amueblado para disfrutar de unas cómodas y confortables vacaciones. Apto. de orientación Sur-Norte, todo exterior a excepción de los baños. Cocina completamente equipada con lavavajillas, con ventana a la piscina y zonas comunes. Amplio salón-comedor, desde donde se accede a la mueblada terraza (con toldos) con fabulosas vistas. Ofrece servicio WIFI, una bonita piscina comunitaria, amplias zonas comunes ajardinadas, zona de columpios para los peques, Street-Basquet y pista de tenis. NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS.
NO SE ADMITEN GRUPOS DE GENTE JOVEN EN EDADES INFERIORES A TREINTA AÑOS. Las mascotas se admiten bajo petición (peso máximo 10 kg.).. “según apartamento”
A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de 150 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos o perdida de llaves. Está se devolverá 24/48 horas trás la devolución de las llaves y después la revisión del apartamento.

Offers three double bedrooms, one bathroom with bathtub, independent kitchen with access to a laundry gallery, living room with access to a spacious Southeast-facing terrace with awnings and fabulous sea views. Includes parking space. Capacity for 6 people.
There is a beautiful community pool.
It is located in the Central-Southern area of Gandía Beach, a residential zone, in the vicinity of all types of services, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
Pets are allowed upon request, maximum weight 10 kg.
NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE ADMITTED (under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linens and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toiletries/bathroom). Includes biweekly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
In case of bringing pets, they must pay a supplement of 5 €/night/pet.
The beach of Gandia offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of the Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, is a virgin beach without buildings, notable for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
