It has 7 beds (1 double bed and 6 single beds) perfectly equipped for restful sleep. The beachfront location is exceptional, with direct views of the sea and communal swimming pool, allowing you to enjoy the beach atmosphere without leaving the accommodation.
The independent ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It includes all the crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils so you can prepare family meals without worry.
As for amenities and services, the apartment offers air conditioning, heat pump heating, high-speed WiFi connection, 2 televisions, safe, iron and hairdryer. Laundry is straightforward thanks to the washing machine available at the accommodation.
The outdoor areas are spectacular: enjoy a 16 m² terrace with sea views. Access to a shared community swimming pool and tennis court for family recreational activities. Covered parking in the same building facilitates access and protects your vehicle.

The complex offers a shared community swimming pool, 32m long ideal if you enjoy swimming, a children's area and tennis court for the whole family to enjoy. The apartment has private covered parking in the same building and lift access.
The location is exceptional: 500 metres from the supermarket, 200 metres from the local bus stop, 7 km from Gandía's historic centre and train station, 20 km from Oliva Nova golf course, 25 km from Aquopolis, 35 km from Les Rotes beaches in Denia, 60 km from La Albufera Natural Park and 80 km from Terra Mítica.
A perfect plan is to visit the city of Valencia just 60 km away and spend the day there before returning to rest in the late afternoon and evening at this fantastic beach.

This emblematic residential complex is located on the beachfront in the NORTH residential area of Gandia beach. Fresh and bright apartment with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (toilet and shower), with fabulous and panoramic views, furnished to enjoy comfortable and relaxing holidays. South-North orientation, entirely exterior except for the bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, window facing North towards the pool and common areas. From the spacious living-dining room, access is gained to a large terrace and furniture, where wonderful views of the sea and the mountain are enjoyed. It offers a beautiful communal pool with Venetian stairs to facilitate water entry/exit, spacious common areas, and a communal tennis court. Ideal for families with children, with all types of services in the vicinity.

NO YOUNG GROUP ALLOWED (ages under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying a walk or practising running or beach sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
