Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned 24/48 hours after review of the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
In case of travelling with pets, if the apartment allows them, a supplement of €7/night/pet will be charged.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, the water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. -

The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of the Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, is a virgin beach without buildings, notable for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
