Its location is an ideal resort for large families looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Between the sand and the complex you will find a pedestrian promenade, which joins the promenade, which will allow you to take long walks by the sea. In addition, not having to cross any street makes it ideal for the elderly or families with children.
From the terrace you enjoy spectacular panoramic views, which you can enjoy 24 hours a day.

There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying a walk or practising running or beach sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Los servicios comunes con piscina, gimnasio y pista de tenis están igualmente muy cuidados. La atención de la agencia ha sido estupenda en todo momento, facilitando la información necesaria en tiempo y forma y resolviendo las dudas con diligencia. Muy buena relación calidad precio y estupendo servicio de Apartamentos Gandia.
