The apartment has 2 well-distributed bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, perfect for families with children. It also has 2 full bathrooms with shower, which makes the daily routine much easier when travelling with little ones. With 75 square metres of space, you have enough room to move about comfortably.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all kitchen utensils. Cooking on holiday has never been so easy, and the children can help you without any problems!
The apartment has air conditioning and heat pump heating to guarantee your comfort at any time of year. It also has WiFi so you can stay connected, TV with Spanish-language channels, and a safe for your valuables.

It has a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a practical hallway bathroom, spacious kitchen leading to the living-dining room, equipped with a sofa bed (120 cm wide), ideal for families with small children!

The building has a communal swimming pool with a cordoned children's pool, common areas with swings and tennis court. It is located on the first line of Gandia Beach, a step away from the port, between the Riviera hotel and the San Luis hotel. In its surroundings, there are all types of services.

YOUNG GROUP NOT ACCEPTED (ages under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and over 3 km of fine white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying walks or running or beach sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
