The LAS OLAS complex consists of two blocks of a high six-storey construction with a lift, located just sixty metres from the sand, situated in the Northern area of Xeraco beach at Avda. de la Mota No. 35. In the vicinity, you will find several restaurants and other services. It is a quiet and family-friendly area, with little traffic and guaranteed rest.
Apartment on the third floor with good furniture. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom (with bathtub), a toilet-shower, independent kitchen with gallery-laundry, living-dining room with access to a large fresh east-facing terrace with views of the sea and common areas and swimming pool. The residential complex offers extensive landscaped common areas, tennis court and communal swimming pool with Venetian steps and a small, shallow children's pool. Includes closed garage parking space.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and setting the table.

There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Exit and evacuation of accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

The "MARYVENT" building is located in the Southern area of Xeraco beach, 50 m from the fine sandy beach. It has a swimming pool with a children's pool surrounded by landscaped areas.
