The "MAR AZUL" complex consists of a seven-storey block with a lift, offering a landscaped common area, club and social premises, squash court, tennis court and paved area surrounding the swimming pool and children's pool.
Located in the North area on Avda. Luis Santángel No. 60, just sixty-five metres from the fine sand of Xeraco beach. A very quiet area with little traffic, which ensures rest.
Beautiful and spacious apartment with three bedrooms, one bathroom (with bathtub), a toilet-shower, and independent kitchen with access via exterior stairs to a large upper terrace. Comfortable living room with exit to a beautiful and sheltered east-facing front terrace with awning from where to enjoy views of the sea, the pool and the landscaped common areas. Equipped with ceiling fans in all bedrooms, it has WIFI service and includes a garage space.
Ideal complex for spending fantastic family holidays, located in an area close to beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, children's leisure areas and less than 800 metres from the pharmacy, medical centre and tourist office.
Capacity for 6 people.
NO YOUNG GROUP IS ADMITTED (ages under thirty years old).
PETS ALLOWED with a maximum weight of 10 kilos (7€/night).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bedding change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after the apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.

The "MARYVENT" building is located in the Southern area of Xeraco beach, 50 m from the fine sandy beach. It has a swimming pool with a children's pool surrounded by landscaped areas.
Spacious apartment, located on the sixth floor, with two bedrooms (one triple with bunk bed), a very large living-dining room, independent kitchen and laundry-gallery, one bathroom with shower tray, a toilet and a large South-facing terrace (sunny with awning) with fabulous views of the sea, the swimming pool and the mountain. Includes covered parking space.
It is equipped with everything necessary for cooking and setting the table, and bed linen and towels.
