Description
PLAYA BLANCA is a high-rise construction with a lift of six storeys, located in the central and commercial area of Xeraco beach, on avinguda dels Borrons no. 8. A quiet zone, with little traffic, which ensures disconnection and guarantees rest. It offers a lovely swimming pool with a small children's pool adjacent and cordoned off, next to a landscaped area. It is just fifty metres from the fine sandy beach.
Beautiful apartment, very well-maintained, with three bedrooms with ceiling fans, one full bathroom, toilet-shower, independent kitchen with practical access to the terrace and equipped with dishwasher, cosy living-dining room with access to the terrace (with awning) facing East with sea views. Also views of the popular Borrons avenue.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and setting the table. A pressure cooker, blender, or electric toaster are not standard; therefore, if any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Capacity 6 people.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Exit and evacuation of accommodations will be done before 10:00 am. Keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.

Descans is a four-storey building with a lift located in the CENTRE/NORTH area of Xeraco beach, near supermarkets and many other services. Located thirty metres from the sand.
The apartment on the fourth floor has three double bedrooms, one complete bathroom with shower tray, independent kitchen and living room with access to a terrace (with awning) facing north on the side. Also a second terrace facing South with awning, accessible from the kitchen. Sea views from both terraces. Includes WIFI service.
