The residential LES MOTES is a low-rise three-storey construction without a lift, located on the first line of the beach with direct access to the sand. Located in the northern part of Xeraco beach at Avenida de la Mota No. 40, near restaurants and other services. A quiet area with little traffic, which guarantees disconnection and rest.
It offers a beautiful swimming pool with a cordoned-off children's pool surrounded by walkable and landscaped common areas.
Apartment on the second floor, all in perfect condition. With two bedrooms, one bathroom (with bathtub), independent kitchen with dishwasher, gallery-laundry room. From the living-dining room, access is gained to a large terrace on the floor, with an awning facing East, fronting the sea with fabulous and panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Includes covered parking and WIFI service. Pets are not allowed.

YOUNG GROUPS UNDER THIRTY YEARS OLD ARE NOT ADMITTED.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
