The residential LES MOTES is a low-rise three-storey construction without a lift, located on the first line of the beach with direct access to the sand. Located in the northern part of Xeraco beach on Avenida de la Mota 40, near restaurants and other services. A quiet area with little traffic, which guarantees disconnection and rest.
It offers a beautiful swimming pool with a cordoned-off children's pool surrounded by walkable and landscaped common areas.
Penthouse apartment on the second floor, all in perfect condition. It has three bedrooms, one full bathroom with shower tray, a toilet, independent kitchen with dishwasher and a large 20 m2 terrace (with awning) facing South with fabulous sea views. From here, you can access the private upper terrace via stairs. The living room has access to the terrace and is equipped with air conditioning, as is the master bedroom. Includes parking space.
Capacity 6/7 people. NO YOUNG GROUPS UNDER THIRTY YEARS OLD ARE ALLOWED.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Departure and evacuation of accommodations will be before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a €150 deposit to be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, is significant for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.

The "MARYVENT" building is located in the Southern area of Xeraco beach, 50 m from the fine sandy beach. It has a swimming pool with a children's pool surrounded by landscaped areas.
Spacious apartment, located on the sixth floor, with two bedrooms (one triple with bunk bed), a very large living-dining room, independent kitchen and laundry-gallery, one bathroom with shower tray, a toilet and a large South-facing terrace (sunny with awning) with fabulous views of the sea, the swimming pool and the mountain.
