Playa Xeraco - Apartment

Descans is a four-storey building with a lift located in the CENTRE/NORTH area of Xeraco beach, near supermarkets and many other services. Located thirty metres from the sand.
The apartment on the fourth floor has three double bedrooms, one complete bathroom with shower tray, independent kitchen and living room with access to a terrace (with awning) facing north on the side. Also a second terrace facing South with awning, accessible from the kitchen. Sea views from both terraces. Includes WIFI service. It has air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, as well as fans in the secondary bedrooms.
Capacity 6 people.
YOUNG GROUP NOT ACCEPTED (under thirty years old).
NO PETS ALLOWED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Exit and evacuation of accommodations will be done before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

The DELFINES III residential complex is a low-rise building of three storeys with a lift, located on Avenida Cuartel no. 12, just ninety metres from the beach. Situated in the central area of Xeraco beach, a stone's throw from a park with children's play equipment and a sports facility. In the surrounding area you can find all kinds of services. A quiet zone with little traffic, guaranteed disconnection and rest.
It offers a lovely swimming pool with Venetian steps and a fenced children's paddling pool.
Excellent apartment on the second floor in very good condition, with modern and comfortable furnishings. It has three bedrooms, a main bathroom with bathtub, toilet-shower, independent kitchen with gallery-laundry area and lounge-dining room with air conditioning. A spacious terrace on the ground floor facing South and a second solarium penthouse terrace of 70 m² with barbecue. Includes underground garage space. No pets are admitted.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and laying the table. A pressure cooker, blender and electric toaster are not standard; therefore if any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
Capacity 6/7 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THIRTY YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT ADMITTED. NO PETS ARE ADMITTED.
Upon collection of keys, you must deposit a security deposit of €60-150 to cover possible damage, loss of keys or failure to comply with checkout time. This will be returned 24/48 hours after checkout and inspection of the accommodation.
