Description
The DORASAL residential complex is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach, first line with direct access to the beach, low-rise construction without lift, has a lake pool with a cordoned-off children's pool, children's playground for the little ones, all surrounded by 4,000 m2 of gardens. Undoubtedly one of the most attractive and sought-after residential complexes on this beach. Ten metres away there is a popular multi-sports area and a grove with swings for the little ones.
Apartment available on the 2nd floor with a south-facing terrace detached from the facade and therefore with 120º views from any point of the terrace, both to the sea, the pool and the common and landscaped areas. It has an independent kitchen, a gallery-laundry room, living-dining room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and through an interior one accesses a private attic terrace of 70 m2.
Capacity 4 people.
NO YOUNG GROUP IS ADMITTED (ages under thirty).
PETS ALLOWED upon request maximum 10 kilos (7€/night)
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be carried out before 10:00 in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after the apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to be able to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, for its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

Bali is a low-rise (no lift) residential development of low density, family-friendly and modern. It has a landscaped area, swimming pool with children's pool and tennis court. Located just 70 m from the sand and 70 m from the beach's socio-cultural centre.
The apartment has a south-facing terrace with awnings. It has two double bedrooms, both with ceiling fans, one full bathroom, living-dining room, kitchen and laundry gallery with access to a private 20 m2 patio with barbecue and stone table/chairs.
