Description
Los Juncos is located at the southern end of Xeraco Beach, eighty meters from the beach, and surrounded by green areas with swimming pool, tennis, gardens and large terraces. It is a 3-storey building (ground floor, first and second floors).
The ground floor apartment, with direct access from the terrace to the pool and garden areas. It has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with bathtub), living room, kitchen with access to the gallery-laundry room, and a large terrace facing east (facing the sea). It is functionally furnished with very tasteful furniture, which can accommodate four people. It is equipped with a washing machine, microwave and TV. It includes WIFI service and offers air conditioning in the master bedroom. Ceiling fan in the living room, on the terrace and in the second bedroom.
Capacity 4 people.
YOUNG PEOPLE (ages under thirty) ARE NOT ALLOWED.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath/shower/person, 2 toilets/bathroom). Includes biweekly bed linen change. We recommend that you bring a small kit with various cleaning/laundry products. The pressure cooker, mixer, toaster or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for them, don't forget to bring them!
The collection of keys will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 p.m. There is the possibility of collecting keys outside office hours, by requesting the one in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. The accommodation will be checked out and evicted before 10:00 in the morning. The keys may be deposited inside the accommodation upon prior consultation, or they will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options, to deal with possible damage, either to leave a deposit of 150€ that will be returned to you after the inspection of the apartment, or to take out a non-refundable exemption from ACCIDENTAL damage (Insurance) of 28€.
The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments).
Xeraco Beach offers lifeguard services in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, newspapers, pharmacies, and many other services. The slope leading to the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very familiar beach, with little traffic, surrounded by nature and fantastic landscapes. In the low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle so that you can travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many trails for hikers, both in the mountains and in the marsh. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. Playa de l'Ahuir, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be enjoyed on beaches, arms of the sea and rivers.

Es una playa muy familiar, con poco tráfico, rodeada de una naturaleza y paisajes fantásticos. En temporada baja recomendamos tener acceso a vehículo para así poder desplazarse por la comarca, donde hay muchas visitas culturales y gastronómicas que vale bien la pena. Hay muchas rutas para senderistas, tanto en montaña como por la marjal. En esta última, muy popular entre ornitólogos. La playa de l’Ahuir, tramo de playa virgen sin edificaciones, por su peso medioambiental y ecológico, donde anidan aves y encontramos plantas autóctonas, es sin duda otra experiencia para el visitante. El residencial XALOC está situado en la zona centro de la Playa de Xeraco, a 60 metros de la arena. Es una construcción de 3 alturas sin ascensor, con apartamentos en primera y segunda plantas. Apartamento en segunda planta con terraza de orientación Sur con toldos. Tiene un dormitorio doble, un salón estar- comedor con sofá cama para 2 personas (1,20 cm), cocina americana al salón y un cuarto de baño con bañera. Amueblado práctica y funcionalmente para 2/4 personas. Provisto de lavadora, microondas, televisor y servicio WIFI. AC en el salón comedor. No se admiten grupos de gente joven. Se admiten mascotas bajo petición, peso máximo 10 kg (suplemento 5 €/noches). NO SE ADMITE GRUPO DE GENTE JOVEN (edades inferiores a treinta años). Nuestros apartamentos se entregan limpios e incluyen ropa de cama y toallas. Incluye cambio ropa de cama quincenal.
