Description
This apartment is on the second floor with a terrace facing South onto Marina Alta street and views of the communal garden areas. It has a double bedroom, a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people (1.20 cm), independent kitchen with laundry room and a complete bathroom.
Furnished practically and functionally for 2/4 people. Provided with washing machine, microwave, television, WIFI service and ceiling fan in the bedroom.
Capacity 2/4 people.
YOUNG GROUP IS NOT ACCEPTED (ages under thirty years).
PETS ACCEPTED upon request, maximum weight 10 kilos (7€/night)
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 hours in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

Bali is a low-rise (no lift) residential development of low density, family-friendly and modern. It has a landscaped area, swimming pool with children's pool and tennis court. Located just 70 m from the sand and 70 m from the beach's socio-cultural centre.
The apartment has a south-facing terrace with awnings. It has two double bedrooms, both with ceiling fans, one full bathroom, living-dining room, kitchen and laundry gallery with access to a private 20 m2 patio with barbecue and stone table/chairs. La ubicación de la urbanización es perfecta, la piscina nos encanto y la casa estaba bien, solo decir que no tuvimos agua caliente a la llegada pero enseguida nos lo arreglaron, muy atentos y agradables.
