Apartamento amplio, situado en sexta planta, con dos dormitorios (uno triple con litera), un salón-comedor muy grande, cocina independiente y galería-lavadero, un baño con plato de ducha, un aseo y una amplia terraza de orientación Sur (soleada con toldo) con vistas fabulosas al mar, a la piscina y a la montaña. Incluye plaza de aparcamiento cubierta.
Esta equipado con todo lo necesario para cocinar y poner mesa, y ropa de cama y toallas..No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla! Tiene televisor, lavadora, microondas y ofrece servicio WIFI

El ayuntamiento de Xeraco ofrece y gestiona un servicio WIFI público gratuito a lo largo de toda la playa de Xeraco (servicio no garantizado dentro de los apartamentos).
La playa de Xeraco ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta, al igual que gran variedad de chiringuitos de playa, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, y otros muchos servicios. La pendiente de entrada al agua es suave, ideal para los más pequeños y seniors. Es una playa muy familiar, con poco tráfico, rodeada de una naturaleza y paisajes fantásticos. En temporada baja recomendamos tener acceso a vehículo para así poder desplazarse por la comarca, donde hay muchas visitas culturales y gastronómicas que vale bien la pena. Hay muchas rutas para senderistas, tanto en montaña como por la marjal. En esta última, muy popular entre ornitólogos. La playa de l’Ahuir, tramo de playa virgen sin edificaciones, por su peso medioambiental y ecológico, donde anidan aves y encontramos plantas autóctonas, es sin duda otra experiencia para el visitante. No olvidemos la pesca, practicable en playas, brazos de mar y ríos.

Incluye cambio ropa de cama quincenal. Les recomendamos traigan un pequeño kit con productos/varios de limpieza/lavandería. No es un standard la olla a presión, la batidora, tostador ni secador de pelo. ¡Si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla!
La recogida de llaves se efectuará en nuestras oficinas, en C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, a partir de las 13:00 horas. Existe la posibilidad de recogida de llaves fuera de horario de oficina, solicitando la anticipadamente y habiendo depositado la fianza con anterioridad. La salida y desalojo de los alojamientos se efectuará antes de las 10:00 horas de la mañana. Las llaves podrán ser depositadas dentro del alojamiento previa consulta, o serán devueltas en nuestras oficinas. Previamente a la recogida de llaves depositarán una fianza de 150 €, está será devuelta tras la revisión del apartamento, y si la empresa lo considera oportuno, hasta pasadas 48 horas desde el desalojo.

Cozy ground floor apartment, in the first line of the beach, located just behind the dune of the beautiful Xeraco beach. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a full bathroom with a shower tray and a living room with an fully equipped American kitchen, including a dishwasher for greater comfort. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be done before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.

The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. LES MOTES consists of two high-rise construction blocks with a seven-storey lift, located in the central and commercial area of Xeraco beach, at Avinguda dels Borrons No. 4. A quiet area with little traffic, which ensures disconnection and rest. It offers a beautiful kidney-shaped pool with Venetian stairs and an adjacent and delimited children's pool, as well as landscaped areas. It is just fifty metres from the fine sandy beach.
Beautiful apartment, very well-maintained, with three bedrooms, one full bathroom, additional toilet, independent kitchen with exit to a north-facing terrace/laundry room with 180º panoramic views of the sea and mountain. Cosy living-dining room with exit to a south-facing terrace with awning and fabulous views of the sea and mountain. Also views of the pool and common areas. Includes covered parking space. Pets are not allowed.
