Description
Wonderful apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower tray), spacious living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen and South-facing terrace (with awnings) with views of common areas and swimming pool. Furnished with good taste, practical and functional. The Mediterranean Residential complex has a swimming pool with a delimited children's pool, located near the city centre, where there are all kinds of services. Situated just one hundred and fifty metres from the beach sand and one hundred and seventy metres from the famous beach bar Arena.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and setting the table. A pressure cooker, blender, or electric toaster are not standard; therefore, if any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them! It has TV, washing machine, microwave and includes an underground parking space.
Capacity 6/7 people.
NO YOUNG GROUP IS ACCEPTED (under thirty years old).
NO PETS ALLOWED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.

The Deltamar I residential complex is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach (C/ Les Marines 11), first line with direct beach access, ground floor construction without lift, featuring a lake-style swimming pool surrounded by 4,000 m2 of gardens. El personal de Serviplaya siempre ha sido muy amable y servicial. El alojamiento estaba bastante bien para nuestras necesidades, con ligeros signos de uso de poca importancia. Las camas nos parecieron confortables. La cocina perfectamente equipada. Nsee more

Las camas nos parecieron confortables. La cocina perfectamente equipada. Nos dejaron usar el parking aunque no lo contratamos. El último día nos permitieron salir a la hora que quisiéramos, no a las 10 AM como acordamos por contrato, ya que no tenía que entrar nadie ese día. Gracias!

El procedimiento de la devolución de la fianza no me quedó claro (si era al final por transferencia o tarjeta o si tenía que reclamarla yo al salir un domingo estaba cerrada la oficina y deje las llaves en un buzón), pero con una llamada a Serviplayasee more
El procedimiento de la devolución de la fianza no me quedó claro (si era al final por transferencia o tarjeta o si tenía que reclamarla yo al salir un domingo estaba cerrada la oficina y deje las llaves en un buzón), pero con una llamada a Serviplaya el lunes me lo solucionaron y me devolvieron la fianza directamente a la tarjeta con que pagué.
