Located on Avda. de la Mota No. 39, in the North area of Xeraco beach, just sixty-five metres from the fine sandy beach. A very quiet area, with little traffic, which ensures rest.
Beautiful apartment, all in perfect condition, with THREE double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower tray), independent kitchen with dishwasher and cosy living room with air conditioning and exit to a wide terrace with SouthEast orientation awnings with fabulous sea and mountain views. From here, via some stairs, access is gained to the private top-floor attic terrace. Includes garage space and WIFI service. Capacity 6 people.

There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Exit and evacuation of accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 hours in the morning. Keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.

Descans is a four-storey building with a lift located in the CENTRE/NORTH area of Xeraco beach, near supermarkets and many other services. Located thirty metres from the sand.
