Two-bedroom apartment, one bathroom, a toilet-shower, independent kitchen with laundry-gallery and living-dining room with access to a large South-facing terrace with awning, and with good views of the sea and mountain. It has a second North-facing terrace accessible from the kitchen with views of the pool and landscaped areas. It offers AC in the living-dining room and WIFI internet service, and has ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms.
The PARQUEMAR III-IV complex, located at Avenida de la Mota 37, consists of four blocks of six storeys, with a large landscaped common area surrounding the swimming pool, and has a tennis court. Some apartments have covered parking. Located in the North area, 65 metres from the fine sandy beach. Very quiet area, with little traffic, which ensures rest.

Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed within apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
