"TAMARIS beach" is located in the most commercial area of Xeraco Beach (central zone), with South orientation, and 80 meters from the Beach.
Seven-story building with elevator, swimming pool with shallow area and Venetian stairs, landscaped areas and optional covered parking spaces.
The ground floor is open and common, providing access to the pool and landscaped common areas.
All apartments have a spacious terrace, with LIMITED sea views from the fourth floor onwards. They are equipped and furnished with a high level of functionality, ideal for practical and comfortable holidays. All are provided with washing machine, microwave, TV and WIFI service.
This apartment located on the fifth floor has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with bathtub), kitchen, gallery and living-dining room with access to a spacious terrace with views of the common areas, pool and mountains. Capacity 6 people. NO PETS ALLOWED.
Young groups are not accepted.
Upon key collection, they must deposit a €150 deposit to cover possible damages, key loss and/or non-compliance with check-out time, which will be returned 24/48 hours after evacuation after accommodation review.
Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco Beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco Beach offers lifeguard service in high season. The water entry slope on the shore is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountain and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir Beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Descans es un edificio de cuatro alturas con ascensor situado en la zona CENTRO/NORTE de la playa de Xeraco, en las proximidades de supermercados y otros muchos servicios. Situado treinta metros de la arena. El apartamento en cuarta planta, con tres dormitorios dobles, un baño completo con plato de ducha, cocina independiente y salón comedor con salida a una terraza (con toldo) de orientación norte lateral. También una segunda terraza de orientación Sur con toldo con acceso desde la cocina. Vistas al mar desde ambas terrazas. Incluye servicio WIFI. Tiene aire acondicionado en el salón y en el dormitorio principal, así como ventiladores en las habitaciones secundarias. No admite mascotas. No se admiten grupos de gente joven en edades inferiores a treinta años. A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de 150 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos, perdida de llaves y/o incumplimiento del horario de salida, está se devolverá 24/48 horas trás el desalojo previa revisión del alojamiento. Cambio de ropa de cama quincenal. El ayuntamiento de Xeraco ofrece y gestiona un servicio WIFI público gratuito a lo largo de toda la playa de Xeraco (servicio no garantizado dentro de los apartamentos). La playa de Xeraco ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta. La pendiente de entrada al agua en la orilla, es suave, ideal para pequeños y más mayores. Hay gran variedad de chiringuitos de playa, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, y otros muchos servicios. Es una playa muy familiar, con poco tráfico, rodeada de una naturaleza y paisajes fantásticos. En temporada baja recomendamos tener acceso a vehículo para así poder desplazarse por la comarca, donde hay muchas visitas culturales y gastronómicas que vale bien la pena. Hay muchas rutas para senderistas, tanto en montaña como por la marjal. En esta última, muy popular entre ornitólogos. La playa de l’Ahuir, tramo de playa virgen sin edificaciones, por su peso medioambiental y ecológico, donde anidan aves y encontramos plantas autóctonas, es sin duda otra experiencia para el visitante.
