"TAMARIS beach" is located in the most commercial area of Xeraco Beach (central zone), with a South orientation, and 80 meters from the Beach.
Seven-story building with elevator, swimming pool with shallow area and Venetian staircase, landscaped areas and optional covered parking spaces.
The ground floor, diaphanous and common, provides access to the pool and landscaped common areas.
The apartments all have a spacious terrace, with LIMITED sea views starting from the fourth floor. They are equipped and furnished with a high level of functionality, ideal for practical and comfortable vacations. All are provided with washing machine, microwave, TV and WIFI service. Optional garages upon request.
This apartment located on the sixth floor has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, and the other with a shower tray), kitchen, gallery, and living-dining room with access to a spacious terrace with views of the common areas, swimming pool, and mountains. Ceiling fans in the living-dining room and all three bedrooms. Capacity for 6 people.

The city council of Xeraco offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season. The water entry slope on the shore is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth experiencing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, is significant for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants can be found, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linens and towels. Includes biweekly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.

Descans es un edificio de cuatro alturas con ascensor situado en la zona CENTRO/NORTE de la playa de Xeraco, en las proximidades de supermercados y otros muchos servicios. Situado treinta metros de la arena.
El apartamento en cuarta planta, con tres dormitorios dobles, un baño completo con plato de ducha, cocina independiente y salón comedor con salida a una terraza (con toldo) de orientación norte lateral. También una segunda terraza de orientación Sur con toldo con acceso desde la cocina. Vistas al mar desde ambas terrazas. Incluye servicio WIFI. Tiene aire acondicionado en el salón y en el dormitorio principal, así como ventiladores en las habitaciones secundarias.
No admite mascotas. No se admiten grupos de gente joven en edades inferiores a treinta años.
A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de 150 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos, perdida de llaves y/o incumplimiento del horario de salida, está se devolverá 24/48 horas trás el desalojo previa revisión del alojamiento.
Cambio de ropa de cama quincenal.
El ayuntamiento de Xeraco ofrece y gestiona un servicio WIFI público gratuito a lo largo de toda la playa de Xeraco (servicio no garantizado dentro de los apartamentos).
La playa de Xeraco ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta. La pendiente de entrada al agua en la orilla, es suave, ideal para pequeños y más mayores. Hay gran variedad de chiringuitos de playa, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, y otros muchos servicios. Es una playa muy familiar, con poco tráfico, rodeada de una naturaleza y paisajes fantásticos. En temporada baja recomendamos tener acceso a vehículo para así poder desplazarse por la comarca, donde hay muchas visitas culturales y gastronómicas que vale bien la pena. Hay muchas rutas para senderistas, tanto en montaña como por la marjal. En esta última, muy popular entre ornitólogos. La playa de l’Ahuir, tramo de playa virgen sin edificaciones, por su peso medioambiental y ecológico, donde anidan aves y encontramos plantas autóctonas, es sin duda otra experiencia para el visitante. No olvidemos la pesca, practicable en playas, brazos de mar y ríos.1 review
