Adjacent to it is the laundry area, integrated into the terrace, with a washing machine and space for hanging out the washing.

The property has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second has a queen-size bed and the third is furnished with two single beds. One of the bedrooms also has a small balcony overlooking an internal courtyard.
