Near the beach of MAS PINELL comfortable and fully equipped apartment on the second floor with 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 people. Located in a residential and quiet area by the sea.
The accommodation is 50 m² with a nice communal garden and fenced with barbecues, tables and chairs, ideal to read, connect to the internet (WIFI area) and enjoy with the family.
It has garden furniture on the terrace, 1 TV with USB and ASTRA satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).
One bedroom has a new bunk bed and the other a double bed (160x200). The kitchenette, butane gas, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto) and toaster. The bathroom is with shower. There is a communal washing machine that works with chips that can be purchased at the reception. It is easy to park for free in front of the building (outdoors), even in summer. The building has no elevator.
It is located 80 meters from the beach and is located in a quiet area in urbanization Mas Pinell. It is a privileged area of the Costa Brava, located near the towns of Torroella, Pals and L'Estartit. Mas Pinell is a large and quiet residential area, away from the bustle of the town, which has a long sandy beach overlooking the Medes Islands where you will find the peace you are looking for your holiday. Mas Pinell area is away from the urban core; in high season there are some chiringuitos on the beach and a restaurant / bar with a pool (for its clients). On the C-31 road to 5 km, there is a supermarket with bakery open all year!
