This holiday home at 300 meters from the beach is divided into two apartments, which are rented separately. This apartment occupies the ground floor, has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for 4 people. It is equipped with WiFi. The living room gives access to a patio with table and chairs.
The garden with barbecue, and the laundry room, can be used by both apartments. There is a garage with one parking space for each apartment. It is therefore an excellent accommodation for two families or friends.
The house is located 300 meters from the long sandy beach of Mas Pinell, a quiet residential area where mainly families and couples who seek tranquility come. Because there is no through road, children can safely play in the neighborhood, and the beach is not overcrowded in August. In the district there is a bar / restaurant with swimming pool for its guests, a hotel with restaurant, and a beach bar. There is a supermarket a 5 min drive towards Torroella.
