El apartamento está muy bien, tiene más de lo necesario en loza, está bastante nuevo, le falta horno, es ideal para matrimonio o matrimonio con hijos, para dos matrimonios la segunda habitación es muy reducida y el armario de esta está inutilizado, la otra habitación perfecta, buena terraza hacia la piscina, el inconveniente es cuando se enciende el aire acondicionado, se muere uno de calor, no es compatible las dos cosas a la vez, la plaza de garaje muy grande y amplio para maniobras. La terraza delantera es un horno, tiene ducha y amarás. En general está sobresaliente ideal para las vacaciones, las instalaciones piscina y zona verde perfecta.
