In Residencial Alborada (textile urbanization), with elevator, a large communal pool + children's pool (pool open in June, July, August and September), paddle tennis courts and children's playground. Bars and restaurants about 200m away and a large supermarket 5 minutes away by car.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 kWh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets and groups of young people are not admitted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
