Maximum capacity 6 adults. There are 3 bedrooms, living- dining room with access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen with laundry room, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, and an outdoor covered parking space in the complex. Lift available in the apartment building.
Altos de Nuevo Vera complex has garden areas, community pool (open in July and August) and playground with swings, and it is near supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets are welcome (1 pet/booking). Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
