The VILLAR DEL DUC urbanisation is located in the centre of Gandia beach, 500 metres from the beach and surrounded by all the necessary services for a pleasant stay.
* Consists of 5 bedrooms, maximum capacity of 10 people.
On the ground floor: Living room, fully equipped independent kitchen, one complete bathroom with shower and 1 bedroom with two beds
On the first floor: it has 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with two beds each) and 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 bathroom with a bathtub.
It has: Community pool and spacious gardens DOES NOT HAVE GARAGE
INTERNET - Wi-Fi throughout the entire house.
It is equipped with: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, iron and ironing board.
We supply: Bedding, hand and shower towels, kitchen cloths and kitchen utensils.

Sería perfecto si pudiera utilizar el aire acondicionado que tiene la casa.
