Bij aankomst moesten wij 4 uur wachten totdat we het huis in konden. De schoonmakers moesten nog beginnen om 16u. Terwijl dat de inchecktijd was. We werden niet geïnformeerd over het verloop en ook geen compensatie of verontschuldiging aangeboden.
