The house is only one floor. The interior of the house features 2 tastefully furnished and fully equipped bedrooms. Additionally, all windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets for added comfort and tranquility.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and heat pump in the living room and master bedroom. The living room features a new sofa (2017), television (Spanish), and DVD player. There is another television (Spanish) in the master bedroom as well. Additionally, the separate kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, sandwich maker, Senseo coffee machine, hand blender, and an electric iron that serves as a barbecue. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.
The well-maintained garden facing east and west invites you to relax outdoors, with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, and a Weber barbecue. The garden is fully fenced, making it a safe place for children. At the front of the house, you will find a pleasant terrace with a parasol.
Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. Additionally, within less than 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.
