This house, with a capacity for 6 people, is located just 150 meters from the beach in a family-friendly area. This fully equipped house features a private garden, barbecue, and access to a communal swimming pool.
The accommodation offers a garden with furniture and parasol, fenced plot, barbecue, fireplace, iron, and a television. It is spread over two floors, with a living-dining room on the ground floor along with a private terrace-garden where you can relax and enjoy the barbecue. On the upper floor, you will find three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with bunk beds and a single bed, and a suite with a double bed and a small balcony. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and washing machine, and another with a bathtub.
The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. In addition, within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.

All types of pets are allowed except cats (due to the owner's allergy). We also kindly request that you do not allow your pets on the sofas and beds. Thank you for your understanding.
