It can accommodate 6 people and this house features air conditioning and is located just 150 meters from the beach. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and has access to the community area with a swimming pool.
The accommodation is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room with a fireplace, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, and Wi-Fi connection. From here, you can access the private terrace-garden, which is fenced and equipped with garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils necessary for preparing your meals. There is also a toilet on this floor.
On the upper floor, you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, there is a full bathroom with a shower and a suite with air conditioning, a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a small balcony.
The house has a small garage with a washing machine and an iron.
Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket is less than 6 km away, and within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.

On this floor, you will also find the independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, (small) refrigerator, microwave, oven, crockery/cutlery, washing machine, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, minipimer, and toaster. Das Reisebüro bzw. die Rezeption von Inmo Mas Pinell kennen wir bereits seit vielen Jahren. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen oder Problemen schnell erreichbar. Als uns zum Beispiel ein Wasserkocher im Haus fehlte, wurde uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit einer gebracht. Genau diese schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, jederzeit gut betreut zu sein. Das Haus selbst ist groß, komplett klimatisiert und für größere Familien ideal. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die große Garage, die wir als Abstellraum nutzen konnten. Auch der schöne Strand in der Nähe hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und möchten uns herzlich für die freundliche Betreuung bedanken. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können Inmo Mas Pinell mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. |

La maison est spacieuse, bien aménagée avec ses 3 chambres et ses 2 SDB . Le garage est un vrai plus . La piscine n'est pas très grande mais elle a le mérite d'être là. La plage à 200m c'est le top ! Merci Maspinell.
