This house with a capacity for 6 people is located just 200 meters from the beach and has a communal pool. Decorated with taste and fully equipped, it has a completely fenced garden with an awning for added privacy.
The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi connection, with access to a private terrace-garden, fenced and with garden furniture and an awning. Additionally, on this floor, there is a guest toilet. The barbecue can be used in front of the garage door, following the community regulations.
On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, along with the main bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle and a washing machine. You will also find a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a small balcony.
Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. Additionally, within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.

Die Parkplatzsuche war vor allem an den Wochenenden, wenn in Mas Pinell viel los ist, erschwert. In der Strasse selbst kann nur schwer geparkt werden. Das lässt sicher aber nicht so einfach ändern, ist also deshalb nur ein Hinweis und vor allem wichtsee more

Transmitir al propietario que revise alcachofas de los baños (el de la suite llega a hacer daño al salir el agua), cortinas de baño que sobran medio metro de ancho y largo, baño de abajo (pierde agua), cisternas (hay que tirar hasta 3 veces para que trague el papel), dormitorio individual (mesilla antigua y muy pequeña, cabeceros antiguos), “barbacoa”: mejor tirarla que verla tan oxidada y pequeña, “televisor” enano para un salón, wifi imposible de conectar, bombilla del salón (mesa) tan potente que deslumbra, secador de pelo que arde literalmente (muy peligroso), lugar del microondas totalmente absurdo y de difícil acceso, cortinas que dejan pasar muchísima luz.
Son detalles importantes que con poco dinero se pueden solventar. Crítica constructiva. También normas comunitarias: la gente a veces aparca donde quiere y a veces no se puede ni salir. El vecino de enfrente nos llenó de humo la casa con la barbacoa que “en teoría” no se puede encender en esa parte de la casa. |

La casa está fenomenal. Sencilla pero muy funcional y bien conservada. Se nota que los dueños pasan temporadas en ella.

Creo que el grifo del agua estaba cerrado y no podíamos abrirlo. |
