Accommodation with a capacity for 6 people equipped with air conditioning located just 300 meters from the beach, offering easy access to the coast. Additionally, it has a communal pool to ensure a pleasant stay.
The house is distributed over three floors, with the ground floor being the place where you will find the cozy living-dining room with satellite TV (Spanish, English, German, and French) and direct access to the private terrace-garden with furniture, sunbeds, and barbecue. On this floor, you will also find the independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, (small) refrigerator, microwave, oven, crockery/cutlery, washing machine, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, minipimer, and toaster. Additionally, there is a guest toilet on this floor.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and another with a double bed, both with air conditioning and a balcony. The bathroom with shower and washbasin is also located on this floor, and all bedroom windows have mosquito nets.
