This renovated accommodation has a capacity for 6 people and is just 450 meters from the beach. The house has access to a community pool and comes with all the amenities for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning and a parking space. The house consists of a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, another bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds, and a double bed on the mezzanine. These last two share a second bathroom with a shower. In the private fenced garden, you can enjoy a barbecue and various relaxation areas, ideal for sunbathing, enjoying a family meal, or simply relaxing with a good book. In addition, the communal pool area, located in front of the house, has a large pool, a children's pool, and a small playground. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as all the utensils for eating and cooking.
