The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room with fireplace, air conditioning (hot and cold), Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV with USB port. From here, you can access the private and fenced garden terrace, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, and manual awning. The separate ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. There is also a courtesy toilet on this floor.
On the upper floor, the hallway is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) leading to the two double bedrooms with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds, and the main bathroom with shower and washing machine. Additionally, there is a suite with air conditioning (hot/cold) and a double bed, featuring a bathroom with bathtub and a balcony with sea views.
Located in Mas Pinell, this house will allow you to explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit, on the privileged Costa Brava in Catalonia. With the Raül Girona supermarket less than 6 km away and an excellent selection of restaurants within 3 km, you can enjoy the delicious local cuisine.
