This renovated accommodation has a capacity for 6 people and is just 450 meters from the beach. The house has access to a community pool and comes with all the amenities for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning and a parking space. The house consists of a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, another bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds, and a double bed on the mezzanine. These last two share a second bathroom with a shower. In the private fenced garden, you can enjoy a barbecue and various relaxation areas, ideal for sunbathing, enjoying a family meal, or simply relaxing with a good book. In addition, the communal pool area, located in front of the house, has a large pool, a children's pool, and a small playground. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as all the utensils for eating and cooking. Se trata de un emplazamiento ideal para estar relajado (sin casi ningún ambiente, excepto en la misma playa o en el chringuito) que requiere coger el coche para disfrutar de bares o ambiente veraniego. |
