Carabeo 45 is the perfect balance between the practicality of a city apartment and the calm of a beach retreat.The Property: 45 m² apartment optimised for comfort. It has a separate master bedroom, ensuring privacy from the living room. The layout can accommodate up to 3 people, with an additional bed available. Fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom with shower.
Indoor and outdoor living: The large windows in the living room act as a private viewpoint, offering frontal views of the sea and the pool. When opened, the sea breeze flows freely, allowing you to enjoy the visual and auditory experience of the Mediterranean from the comfort of your sofa.
