Parking:
The area is offered free on-street parking, although during high season it may take a little longer to find an available spot. However, for added convenience, there is also ample free public parking just 500 metres away at the Burriana roundabout.

Casa Lovisa is a townhouse for up to 6 guests located in the peaceful Santo Tomás Residential Area, just 600 metres from Burriana Beach. It features a private swimming pool open all year round, a south-facing terrace with direct views of the Mediterranean Sea, and a flexible layout suitable for both families and groups of friends. Its location allows you to enjoy one of Nerja's most sought-after areas while maintaining peace, privacy and comfort.

Three Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms for up to 6 Guests

All three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom features a double bed and a balcony with sea views. The second bedroom also has a double bed, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. This versatile layout makes the property an excellent choice for families with children, groups of friends or several couples travelling together.

All bedrooms are provided with fresh bed linen and mattresses featuring a memory foam topper for added comfort.

The recently renovated main bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet and a washing machine with integrated tumble dryer. There is also a second bathroom with a shower on the main floor. The property is additionally equipped with an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

The Santo Tomás Residential Area is a peaceful neighbourhood located very close to Burriana Beach, one of Nerja's most popular beaches thanks to its restaurants, beach bars and water sports.

The beach is approximately 600 metres away, around a 7-minute downhill walk. The return journey involves a gentle uphill walk, which is typical of this elevated part of Nerja and rewards visitors with better views.

The Mercadona supermarket is around a 10-minute walk away, while Nerja town centre can be reached in approximately 30 minutes on foot or just a few minutes by car. There is also a bus stop close to the residential area.
