Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with new 90x200 beds and new six cm thick "memory foam" top mattresses for comfort. "Master bedroom" has two 90x200 beds with a 180 top mattress. The second bedroom has two 90x200 beds with 90 top mattresses. These beds can be furnished either as single beds or a double bed, as desired. It is open from the 1st of April until the 31st of October. The house is just 700 meters from Burriana Beach. It takes about 8 minutes to go there, a little longer to go home with an upwards incline. You walk to the city's central neighbourhoods in about 20-25 minutes. A large supermarket (Mercadona) is 350 meters to the north.
