In Las Casitas de la Playa textile urbanization, located about 150 meters from El Playazo beach (north area), with communal pool + children's pool (open in summer) and garden areas. Chiringuitos, bars and restaurants in the surroundings, a minimarket (only in summer) about 600 meters, and a large supermarket (all year) less than 2 km.
IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 20 Kwh / day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets are welcome (1 pet/booking). Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
