Charming typical little house in the area with fantastic views of the mountains. Without a doubt, a place to get lost in the heart of Liébana, the jewel of Cantabria. A very special house, where you can enjoy a unique setting, surrounded by nature and absolute tranquillity.
Located in a small village formed by 8 houses and surrounded by natural parks. This is a house with a beautiful mountain facade, typical of the area, well-equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, living-dining room with fireplace, open-plan kitchen, balcony and small garden to relax. It has a private access to the pool from its garden.
HOUSE LAYOUT:
Ground floor: it only has one room and a toilet.
First floor: we find the living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, which has direct access to the private garden, one bedroom and a bathroom.
COMMON AREAS
The fully fenced swimming pool, just a few metres from the house. The views of the mountain from the pool are spectacular.
A large barbecue area, with a large table.

In the Picos de Europa 12 km from Potes and 34 km from the Fuente Dé cable car.
MANDATORY CHECK-IN
We will send an email to do the online check-in on the same day of the reservation confirmation. Check-in is a mandatory procedure in Spain. It is essential to enter any of our accommodations. It is a house with a beautiful mountain facade, typical of the area, well-equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room with fireplace, open-plan kitchen, balcony and a fantastic porch where you can relax and disconnect.
The environment is spectacular and very peaceful. Normally families or mountain lovers come to enjoy nature and the outdoors. The house has an exterior area of approximately 150 m2, which includes a covered porch and a small garden with a fountain.
The views from any part of the town are wonderful, especially those from the swimming pool, just 20 meters from the house and shared with other houses, as well as the large barbecue area.
