Villa in las Marinas Deveses Sand Beach, at just 600 m from the sand and 2 km from the Vergel village where you´ll find all amenities. Denia´s center is at 12 km.
This villa has a lovely garden area with fruit trees, a small private pool next to the barbecue. Fenced-in yard with an automatic door.
The accomadation comprises 3 double bedrooms, living-dining room, kitchen, 2 showers. Air conditioning extra: 60 €/ week ( Mandatory)
Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante. It is the ideal place to discover this part of Spain, the coast as well as the beautiful inland valleys and mountains landscapes and villages.
