This beautiful villa with private pool is situated aprox. 1,5km. from the sandy beach, 0,7 km. from the rock beach, 1,5km. from the supermarkets, restaurants and the town Els Poblets and 9km from Denia. With capacity for 6 people. The photos are generalized since we have several villas in the same area. The villa consists of private pool 8x4m. with metal stairs, lawn around the swimming pool, terrace with garden furniture. Inside with lounge dining room with t.v. (satellite), kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with bathtub. Air conditioning in the living-room.
