Located in the Montgó area, about 2 km from the center of Denia and 3 km from the sandy beach. It has a beautiful plot with several terraces, both covered and uncovered, private pool and barbecue.
The interior consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a living-dining room and a closed kitchen. Air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom.
Denia has a lot to offer. Located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante, from Denia you can discover the Costa Blanca both along the sea and inland landscapes, fields of orange and almond trees, charming villages, natural parks. You can also visit the amusement parks of Benidorm. Denia has about 20 km of coastline with sandy beaches, pebble beaches or rocky coves, for sunbathing or diving. You can practice all kinds of water sports, hiking in the Montgo natural park, tennis, golf, cycling, etc. From Denia the boat leaves for Ibiza and boats for trips along the coast. In Denia you eat very well. Its many restaurants offer tasty and healthy Mediterranean cuisine to satisfy all palates, whether in the typical fishing district, the pedestrian streets around the castle or the beautiful terraces by the sea. L'organisation de notre arrivé à était très bien prise en charge et très rapide pour accéder au logement.
Très jolie cadre et surtout un calme absolu dans le lotissement qui est très agréable pour bien ce reposer.
