It is a comfortable and cosy independent villa with capacity for 6 people and air conditioning in all rooms.
On the ground floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and living room, and on the upper floor, a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The outdoor area features a private swimming pool as well as a welcoming terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying your holidays with family and friends.

Villa for rent in Denia, with stunning views.
Located in the Montgó area, about 2 km from the center of Denia and 3 km from the sandy beach. It has a beautiful plot with several terraces, both covered and uncovered, private pool and barbecue.
The interior consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a living-dining room and a closed kitchen. Air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom.
Denia has a lot to offer. Located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante, from Denia you can discover the Costa Blanca both along the sea and inland landscapes, fields of orange and almond trees, charming villages, natural parks. You can also visit the amusement parks of Benidorm. Denia has about 20 km of coastline with sandy beaches, pebble beaches or rocky coves, for sunbathing or diving. You can practice all kinds of water sports, hiking in the Montgo natural park, tennis, golf, cycling, etc. From Denia the boat leaves for Ibiza and boats for trips along the coast. In Denia you eat very well. Realmente mejoraria una cosa solo. Comentar al personal de mantenimiento de piscina, que no se empeñen en llenar la piscina hasta desbordar prácticamente, ya que de ese modo no funciona el skimmer y no se limpia, lo que hace casi inútil la depuraciónsee more

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und liegt sehr zentral. Der Pool war zwar etwas kühl aber sehr sauber. Auch der Außenbereich ist blickdicht und eingezäunt. Wir waren fast 5 Wochen da und haben uns sehr wohl see more

La villa necesita mosquiteras , se hace mucho uso del aire acondicionado sin necesidad puesto que refresca por la noche y podrían abrirse las ventanas pero resulta Imposible porque amaneces lleno de picaduras de mosquito, son tambien bastantes mejorsee more
