On the ground floor we find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a fitted kitchen and a living room, and on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The outdoor area has a private swimming pool as well as a pleasant terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your vacation with family or friends.
The villa is located in a residential area with all kinds of services, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
The villa's excellent location means that all destinations are within easy reach, both the beach which you can access on foot, as well as other towns and villages.
The long golden sandy beaches have made this part of Denia a favorite spot for families. Kids have plenty of room to play in the sand at their leisure, while the shallow waters make them safe for swimming, snorkeling, and water sports. You can also relax with a drink at the chiringuito and enjoy beautiful sunsets.

No nos ha gustado que el servicio de limpieza entró en la casa a las 9 y 25 cuando debíamos irnos s las 10. Entraron en la casa sin autorización y nos pareció inadecuado. Quizás la cafetera podría ser mejor. Por lo demás es totalmente recomendable y see more

Esta muy bien, cerca de la playa, buena piscina, lo único difíciles escaleras y estrechas para subir al segundo piso.
Las camas no son muy cómodas.
