The Abiar villa is a beautiful and cosy villa located in a quiet area of Jávea with views of the valley and mountain.
This villa is perfect for a family and/or friends holiday as it has capacity for 10 people.
It is distributed over 3 levels. The main floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with access to the covered terrace, furnished, next to the pool terrace, fully equipped independent kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one with double bed and en-suite bathroom and another with two single beds) and 1 bathroom with shower, interior access to the upper floor where the main bedroom is located with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and beautiful terrace with views.
The ground floor with independent entrance has a lovely living-dining room, equipped kitchen and 2 double bedrooms (one with double bed and en-suite shower bathroom and the other with two single beds and also en-suite shower bathroom).
Outside is the pool with its terrace with outdoor furniture, garden around the villa and large parking area within the fenced plot.
TV with satellite channels, air conditioning in all bedrooms, washing machine in the main floor kitchen and wifi connection.
Due to the villa's location, they can equally move to Jávea or Benitaxell, located just 1 km from the Jávea Golf Club which has a nice bar/restaurant.
The nearest beaches are Cala Moraig in Benitaxell and Arenal Beach in Jávea, approximately 15 minutes by car.
To visit is the old town of Jávea with its busy tourist centre where you can find narrow streets with bars, restaurants, shops and historic buildings.

Impressive villa in Jávea for 10 people with beautifull sea views from Cabo San Antonio to Jávea harbour. This large, typical Spanish villa has been comfortably furnished, and provides an ideal location, close to the old town of Jávea and to the Port. This large property has aproximately 400 m2 built, and a plot of 2.000 m2 totally fenced. There is a big parking and a garage. The villa is surrounded by pretty gardens tastefully decorated with flowered plants, palm trees, flower-pots.... everywhere. This attractive villa has 2 floors, upstairs there are 4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, and downstairs there is another bedroom, a toilet, a large fully equiped kitchen with dish-washer / microwave, living-dining room with a nice chimney and satelite TV with acces to a sunny covered terrace. From this terrace you have also access to the swimming pool area and the nice built barbecue. The friendly family resort of Jávea is a sprawling town with two main beaches and an historic old town at only 1 Km. away from this villa. A harbour and fish market can be found at 2 Km from the villa, offering stylish restaurants, great views and a pebbly beach.
