Villa Armonia is a rustic-style villa located in a quiet area of Jávea, where its typical glazed "naya" stands out, offering beautiful views of the outside and pool, ideal for any time of the year.
This villa has all its rooms on the ground floor, we enter through the "naya"-glazed terrace where the dining-living room and access to a bedroom are located.
As we enter the hall of the house we access the other 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, the rustic style kitchen with its large storage room and access to the outside. The staircase is to go up to the cozy loft, prepared as a reading or rest room, with beautiful views of the mountain.
The exterior offers a large mediterranean garden plot, a large private pool with a terrace around it and a cozy barbecue area prepared for having beautiful lunches and dinners enjoying the outdoors. Also in this area is the 2nd bathroom with a shower that also has hot water.
Parking inside the plot, air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.
Just 5 km away is the best-known sandy beach, El Arenal de Jávea and its promenade with its bars, terraces, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. But the location of the house allows you to take beautiful outdoor walks in the surrounding area or for golf lovers, just 1 km away is the Jávea Golf Club.8 reviews
