Description
Villa Cabanes Javea is a newly constructed villa with a high standard of quality and comfort for its guests.
It has capacity for 10 people in 5 double bedrooms.
The villa has 2 floors that we describe below, as the photos are 3D images.
The main entrance of the villa is on the 1st floor, from the reception we access the living-dining room with glass doors to the pool terrace area and a second terrace located on the other side of the living room. On this floor there are 4 bedrooms with King size beds (180cm) and en-suite bathroom, all with shower. The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, etc... has 2 combi fridges and all necessary utensils and items and exit to the barbecue terrace. - All terraces are connected to each other on the outside. This floor also has 2 courtesy toilets, one interior and another with access from the terrace.
On the ground floor (with access by interior stairs) there is a bedroom with 2 beds (105cm) and bathroom with en-suite shower. Also on this floor is the laundry room and the garage with space for 2 vehicles and exterior space for 2 other vehicles.
The Villa has air conditioning (cold/heat) in all rooms.
The living room and all bedrooms have a television.
There is wifi connection for all rooms.

The villa is distributed over 2 levels, which is accessed by a small flight of stairs that leads to a beautiful covered terrace. With an American kitchen open to the living room, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The exterior has a private pool with built-in Roman stairs for better access, barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers to sunbathe and enjoy your stay.
